There's a reason why they refer to Michigan State coach Tom Izzo as "Mr. March."
Izzo's Spartans are among the hottest teams in the nation heading into the month of March, winners of three straight against Illinois, Purdue and Michigan and set to face No. 16 Maryland at 6:30 p.m. ET Wednesday in College Park.
Where will the Spartans be seeded in this year's NCAA Tournament? FOX Sports bracket forecaster Mike DeCourcy is here to answer that and more with his latest NCAA Tournament projections.
Auburn, Alabama, Duke and Florida remain on the 1-line in DeCourcy's latest projections. Duke is fresh off a dominant 110-67 win over Illinois at Madison Square Garden this past weekend. The Blue Devils will be looking for their fifth straight victory when they travel to Miami to take on the Hurricanes at 7 p.m. ET Tuesday night.

Tennessee, Houston, Iowa State and Michigan State make up the No. 2 seeds. The Spartans are surging at the right time of year, as is Houston. Kelvin Sampson's team has now won seven in a row and the Cougars are fresh off an impressive road win over No. 10 Texas Tech on Monday.
Texas A&M, Wisconsin, St. John's and Texas Tech land on the 3-line, while Michigan, Missouri, Kentucky and Maryland round out the No. 4 seeds in DeCourcy's latest projections.
As for the bubble, DeCourcy has Arkansas, San Diego State, Georgia and VCU among his last four teams to get into the tournament, while Ohio State, Texas, Indiana and North Carolina are listed as DeCourcy's first four teams out.
Xavier, SMU, Boise State and UC Irvine are DeCourcy's next four teams out of the NCAA Tournament.
The SEC has the most representatives in DeCourcy's latest compilation, with 13 teams. The Big Ten has nine teams represented, while the Big 12 has eight teams in the tournament, according to DeCourcy. The ACC and Big East have four teams, while the Mountain West has three teams in the mix and the West Coast and A-10 have two teams.
