Manchester United have been boosted by Luke Shaw’s return to full training ahead of facing FCSB in the Europa League.
The left-back has been restricted to just three appearances this season amid a string of injuries and setbacks. His latest muscle injury has seen him sidelined since December but is now in contention to join his team-mates on the flight to Romania.
Elsewhere, Marcus Rashford was also on show in the opening training session at Carrington, but he continues to be ignored for matches amid ongoing speculation over his future. Mason Mount and Jonny Evans were the only no-shows due to injuries.
Manuel Ugarte will be assessed ahead of the game after the midfielder picked up a knock against Fulham, while Tyrell Malacia is also pushing for more minutes. Toby Collyer's growing reputation could see him get the nod in Romania.
United know a win against FCSB will be enough to confirm a top-eight in the Europa League, and avoid a two-legged play-off next month. A draw may also be enough, depending on results elsewhere.
