Liverpool has confirmed the loan exit of Kaide Gordon - the second of at least three deals expected to be completed on transfer deadline day.
The 20-year-old has joined Championship club Portsmouth on loan for the rest of the season, having returned to Merseyside after spending the first half of the campaign with Norwich City. It's the second time this season Gordon has been involved in a deadline day move, having made the switch to Carrow Road on the final day of the summer window.
The young winger struggled for game time at Norwich, having made just 10 Championship appearances with only one of those coming from the start. His only goal for the Canaries came back in October during a 4-0 win over Hull City.

Liverpool will now hope Gordon can get more opportunities with Portsmouth - his first appearance for his new club could come on Saturday when the Fratton Park club makes the long journey to promotion-chasing Sheffield United.
Gordon is not the only Liverpool player expected to be on the move before the window shuts, with Dominic Corness already making the move on loan to Gillingham, while Jayden Danns also looks set for a temporary move.
According to The Athletic's James Pearce, Danns is expected to sign a new long-term contract at Anfield before making the temporary switch to Sunderland. The 19-year-old had looked set to join Plymouth Argyle on loan during the summer, only to have the move called off after picking up an injury.
Meanwhile, Arne Slot has already ruled out a loan move for midfielder James McConnell, while Liverpool is not expecting any late moves for Ben Doak, having already turned down offers from Crystal Palace and Ipswich earlier this year. Doak is instead set to remain on loan with Middlesbrough for the remainder of the season.
