OXFORD City produced an upset to beat Forest Green Rovers and reach the quarter-finals of the FA Trophy.
A Josh Parker header after quarter of an hour proved to be enough for the Hoops, who recovered brilliantly from their 5-0 thrashing at home against Curzon Ashton on Tuesday night.
Parker headed City into the lead from a Josh Ashby corner, and then for the rest of the first half, frustrated their opponents, vying for promotion from the Vanarama National League.
Christian Doidge directed a header well wide after half an hour, while at the other end, Jed Ward made a good save to deny Alfie Potter from 25 yards.

The Hoops created more opportunities in the second period, with Corie Andrews firing too close to Ward from inside the penalty box, and then Parker blazed over the crossbar after running in behind the Rovers defence.
Ben Tozer curled an effort which flashed wide with 17 minutes to go, while Parker crashed a shot against the bar with nine minutes left on the clock.
Three minutes into stoppage time, pinball in the City penalty area led to the ball hitting the post, but the Hoops maintained their lead to book a place in the quarter-finals and move to two games away from a Wembley final.
