Former Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has spoken for the first time since his exit from the club.
The Dutchman was dismissed from his role at Old Trafford back in October following a 2-1 loss against West Ham. The defeat left United in 14th place in the Premier League table, but they have so far been unable to turn their season around.
Four months after leaving the club, Ten Hag has now sat down for an interview with SEG stories where he is expected to talk about his exit from United and what he plans of doing next. The interview is officially released on Tuesday, 25 February.

Ahead of that, here is everything you need to know about the manager’s life off the pitch.
Net worth
There is no specific figure put on the net worth of the former United boss, but it seems that he would be worth a lot of money even if it wasn't for his significant wage as a football manager.
The Ten Hag family are known as one of the wealthiest families in the Netherlands, thanks to a real estate company set up by Ten Hag’s father, Hennie, in 1967. The family also owns several finance firms, with Ten Hag’s brothers Michel and Rico running them.
Away from the family business, Ten Hag was believed to be the third highest-earning manager in the Premier League during his time at United, earning a reported £9 million a year. It has, however, been reported that his salary may have been reduced slightly in the summer due to the club’s failure to qualify for the Champions League.
The head coach was also handed a pay-off of around £10.4 million shared between himself, Rene Hake, Jelle ten Rouwelaar, Pieter Morel and Ruud van Nistelrooy, following his sacking back in October.
Family life
Ten Hag is married to childhood sweetheart Bianca, with the couple having two daughters and a son. The family live a relatively private life.
Following his sacking from United, the Daily Mail reported that Ten Hag returned to his hometown of Oldenzaal, where he was comforted by his parents Hennie and Joke. His wife and children remained in England before later joining him back in the Netherlands.
Speaking upon his return, one neighbour is reported to have said: “It's no surprise that Erik was visited by Hennie and Joke.
“They are a close family and his parents are very proud and very, very supportive .In fact everyone around Oldenzaal is very proud of him and very respectful of the ten Hags. He can relax and feel like he has his privacy when he is here - and I'm sure that's very different to what he experienced in Manchester and why he was quick to return.”
