Waringstown crash: Man in his 60s dies after being struck by a lorry

A man in his 60s died after crashing in Co Down Town on Thursday night.

The man was hit by a truck in the Moss View area of ​​Waringstown around 5.45pm Yesterday evening, November 24th.

Police say Moss View, which was closed for several hours, has now reopened.

A PSNI spokesperson added: “Investigating officers are asking witnesses or anyone who may have taken photographs of the collision to contact by calling 101, quoting ref 1460 dated 11/24/22.
