On every game day this season, THN Fantasy will highlight players and goalies for fantasy managers to stream or roster for the rest of the season. The recommended players and goalies are rostered in less than 50 percent of chof360 leagues and can be selected in standard fantasy leagues or for daily fantasy games.
Jackson LaCombe, ANA vs. CHI (38% rostered)
LaCombe’s points streak is now at four games and faces yet another vulnerable opponent who can’t keep pucks out of their net. The Hawks have allowed at least five goals in four of their past five games; meanwhile, the Ducks are 8-2-1 in their past 11.
Sean Durzi, UTA vs. NJ (25% rostered)
That’s two points, three blocks and 10 shots in four games since Durzi returned to the lineup. This will be a difficult matchup and the Devils are trying all sorts of line combos to get their offense going. Utah’s been really good at suppressing shots – read: blocks – and just pumped six goals against the Wild.
Alexander Romanov, NYI vs. NSH (32% rostered)
I doubt Romanov can make it three straight games with a goal – he’s scored four all season and scoring points isn’t his game – but it’s worth noting he continues to play top-pairing minutes. The Preds are one of the league’s most inept teams on offense and defense, and even if Romanov doesn’t score points, he’s usually good for some blocks and hits.

Tony DeAngelo, NYI vs. NSH (25% rostered)
The Isles power play barely converts on their opportunities, but I thought it was noteworthy Noah Dobson’s return didn’t eat into DeAngelo’s power play role. He continues to quarterback the top unit with Dobson and Adam Boqvist sharing duties on the other. I don’t think the Isles power play will be effective – the Preds have a top-10 penalty kill – but DeAngelo’s points have come at even strength anyway.
Mason Lohrei, BOS at PIT (18% rostered)
Lohrei’s fantasy value is quickly gaining steam – he was rostered in less than five percent of leagues just earlier this week. What’s been (surprisingly) great about Lohrei’s fantasy value is the sudden surge in shot volume. For a player who’s usually quiet on offense, he’s put 14 shots in goal in his past three games. The Pens are one of the worst defensive teams in the league so I like the Bruins’ chances of scoring at least a few goals here.
