Rotary Unveils Mobile ADAS for Construction Equipment From: Rotary Lift

The mobile ADAS solution provides repair service professionals with a way to recalibrate cameras, radars, LIDARs and sensors when replacement is required and additional measures affecting them are necessary.

Rotary, part of the Vehicle Service Group (VSG), a Dover company, has unveiled a new mobile Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) solution. The new calibration system is operated by TEXA, a company specializing in the design, development and production of multi-brand diagnostic tools, exhaust gas analyzers, air conditioning recharging stations and remote diagnostic devices.

This solution applies to windshield and bumper replacement, suspension repair, wheel alignment, tire change and engine control unit replacement.

The system helps technicians to correctly perform static and dynamic calibrations and ADAS resets, making it applicable to auto repair and service shops that need to complete a wide range of aftermarket ADAS calibrations. Continuously updated software guides technicians step-by-step through each stage of calibration and replacement, allowing for exceptional coverage of new and delayed cars and trucks.

Compared to other ADAS systems, Rotary Uses less space and does not need to be installed in a dedicated service booth. It can be moved to other work areas, such as the alignment booth. This provides customers with the flexibility to allocate labor.
