Triple H opened the press conference, announcing the match and calling the match an unprecedented spectacle, urging Paul to do “the unthinkable”. Reigns then spoke and said he respected what Paul brought and could even be the third game in any show he headlines. But he won’t treat Paul as the third match on the map at Crown Jewel.
Paul responded, thanking WWE and Triple H and saying he was going to deliver a performance that no one had ever seen before. He said he had found his home in WWE and immediately called out Reigns for doing so, saying that his second ever boxing match was against Floyd Mayweather. He told Reigns that this may be his profession, but Crown Jewel is his equal.
