HOW would you feel if, instead of consulting their own clinical knowledge, your doctor turned instead to an AI trained in your medical history to help you diagnose your next condition or write a prescription? your next prescription?

Scenarios like these have been hypothetical for decades – the technology was substandard and the stakes were too high to transfer medical advice to a machine.
