Following rumors about Mikhail Antonio’s future at West Ham United, the striker had admitted he had left the London Stadium this month.
Antonio has been linked with both Wolverhampton Wanderers and Everton in recent weeks, with the Blues still in the market for attacking reinforcements after missing Horace Danjuma to Tottenham Hotspur.
Speaking on the Footballers’ Football Podcast, he said: “Honestly, I haven’t ruled anything out. That’s all I can say.
“There are conversations, so whatever happens, happens.
“I’ve been here for eight and a half years now, I’ve become the club’s top scorer (in the Premier League) and I’ve enjoyed every moment.
“Every moment is close to my heart. I like the fans, I enjoyed my time at West Ham. It’s just one of those things. I’m not saying goodbye, I’m actually saying: if it happens, it happens and if it doesn’t happen, it doesn’t happen.”
He added: “I won’t be angry if I stay and I will certainly be angry if I leave because obviously I’ve enjoyed my time here, but football is football.
“Players move, players stay and eight-and-a-half years at one club, I never would have thought of it because before I came to West Ham I stayed at a club for two years.
“I have another year and a half here. I can’t say I’m going because I still have a year and a half left at the club.”
Would you take Antonio to Goodison Park?
