shoot The final episode just aired tonight (September 22) on BBC One, and while the Keeley Hawes-led show had a promising start, fans are unhappy with the way the show ended.

Viewers praised Howes’ performance, but believe the series continued after the first episode and didn’t stick to landing the way they had hoped.

The climax saw the shooting of terrorists, Flavio (Paul Sanoy) and Gerardo (Paul Toro), with Joe (Howes) bringing down the former in a rooftop confrontation.

The brothers’ partner, Ecker (Guillermo Cambra), is captured, but not before Ben (Daniel Ryan) is stabbed while trying to escape. Viewers later learned that the whole siege was rooted in personal revenge rather than a political act.

Many complained that the drama made unreasonable and meaningless plot choices, and were especially disappointed that the first episode, in their opinion, was actually very good.

Howes played a former police officer named Joe, who goes on vacation with her family but is interrupted as the horrific events unfold.

Joe and her husband were enjoying a vacation with friends and a truckload of kids, but as we continued, cracks began to appear in their marriage. But that was put on the back burner as the hotel they were staying in was attacked by gunmen and then chaos reigned.

After the end, one viewer He said: “#Crossfire, first episode is good, second mmm I’m not sure, third give me my bloody evening.”
