Coca Cola has confirmed the first few dates for its 2022 Christmas Truck Tour as the beloved red truck takes to the road once again.
The tour visited Victoria Retail Park in Nottingham in December 2018 and fans are eagerly awaiting news on whether it will return to our county this year.
Coca-Cola has yet to confirm full details of its 2022 tour, but the first few dates have now been set, with the tour kicking off at Bluewater Shopping Center in Dartford, Kent.Read:Bristol introduces £9-a-day charge on older cars TODAY
The Mirror reports that tomorrow’s first truck stop follows Sainsbury’s Beckton, east London as the venue of choice on Saturday, where it will also stay until Sunday.
Belfast will host the truck on December 16-17, while Dublin in the Republic of Ireland will be the venue for three days between the 8-10 of Christmas.
Tour stop visitors are usually able to get a free sample of the beverage while they are visiting the event. Although there are no confirmed details about the freebies and gifts, in 2021 Coca-Cola employees were handing out small cans of Coke Zero and visitors were able to take a selfie with the car that many see as a Christmas tradition.Read:UK economy returned to growth in July with ‘feeble’ 0.2% rise in GDP – business live | Business
The tour was canceled in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic, but returned last year on a smaller-than-usual scale, with dates and destinations announced only a day or so in advance to avoid Covid-19-related cancellations.
