ASM Global offers seat-mounted mobile device charging to venue attendees

Location management company ASM Global has announced a long-term partnership with Fuze Technology Inc (chargeFUZE) to offer mobile charging for on-site attendees.

As the official freight provider for ASM Global Places, chargeFUZE’s freight network will enable attendees to charge any device from their seat.

Portable chargers will be made available for rental via QR code scanning. Upon completion, attendees can return the charger to any of the chargeFUZE kiosk locations throughout the venue.

This technology is currently being deployed across several global ASM venues in the United States, including Allegiant Stadium, Oakland Arena, US Bank Stadium, RingCentral Coliseum, Gila River Arena, and Mechanics Bank Arena. Installations will continue throughout ASM Global’s portfolio of locations in the US and Europe.

“ChargeFUZE will separate our fans from older charging stations, ensuring they never miss an event while keeping their devices fully charged,” said Ron Bunchen, ASM Global President and CEO.

Ryan Levy, co-founder of ChargeFUZE, said, “We believe that in today’s digital world, people should always be empowered through their devices to experience and share everything that is available. We are excited to partner with ASM Global, accelerating our growth even further as we will reach over 20,000 event and more than 100 million fans pass through the doors of ASM Global every year.”

“We are excited about what is to come, both domestically and internationally; and we look forward to the impact we will have across the ASM portfolio across the world,” said ChargeFUZE co-founder Brandon Avary.
