A white Xbox Series X console was spotted in a Logitech ad

Logitech’s new ad shows what appears to be a white copy of Microsoft’s Xbox Series X console.

Outside of special editions, the Xbox Series X has only been available in black since its November 2020 launch.

But a white version of the console is shown in a newly released ad for Logitech’s Astro A30 gaming headset, which can be viewed below.

VGC contacted Microsoft to ask if there were plans to release a white version of the Xbox Series X, or if the console featured in Logitech’s video was a custom console built for advertising.

Earlier this week, Logitech announced G Cloud, an Android mobile game that is compatible with Xbox Cloud Gaming, Steam Link, and Nvidia’s GeForce Now.

Launched October 17th for $349.99, G Cloud features a 7-inch HD touch screen, 12+ hours of battery life, touch controls, gyroscope, and resettable controls.

Microsoft released a white version of the Xbox Elite Series 2 console on Wednesday, when the Xbox update rolled out in September as well.

Key features of the update include library replenishment, new storage, and default installation options on Xbox consoles.

The new Xbox Chat Noise Suppression feature, which launched on Xbox Series X/S earlier this month, is now available for Xbox One consoles and Windows PCs as well.

Microsoft recently started testing a new Xbox dashboard ahead of its launch in 2023.
