TWO of Warrington Wolves' young players will head to the Championship on loan.
Winger Jake Thewlis, who scored two tries in Saturday's Challenge Cup victory at Whitehaven, and centre Zac Bardsley-Rowe will both join London Broncos on two-week loan deals to cover the start of the second-tier season.
Both will be eligible to feature for Mike Eccles' side when they open their Championship campaign against Bradford Bulls on Sunday.
Thewlis - the younger brother of first-team star Josh - has featured prominently in pre-season with his brace in Cumbria at the weekend taking him to four tries in three outings this year having also touched down in friendlies against Widnes Vikings and Leigh Leopards.
He made his Super League debut as part of a much-changed Wire side that was edged out by Wigan Warriors last June the week before the Challenge Cup Final.

The centre does, however, have previous in the Championship having scored one try in 10 appearances on loan at Widnes last year.
