Manchester City are facing the prospect of extra time and maybe even penalties as they try to secure their place in the fifth round of the FA Cup.

City are currently drawing 1-1 with Leyton Orient at Brisbane Road. The home side took a shock lead in the first half as Tottenham loanee Jamie Donley's incredible 45-yard effort struck the crossbar before deflecting off the back of Stefan Ortega and into the net.

City struggled to find a way past a stubborn Orient defence but eventually found the breakthrough as Rico Lewis' effort hit new signing Abdukodir Khusanov and bounced past Orient goalkeeper Josh Keeley.

City are continuing to push for a winner but if they are unable to find a crucial second goal - and Orient also fail to score - the game will head to extra time.

Should a winner not be found in the additional 30 minutes then the two teams will take part in a penalty shootout. There are no replays and so the winner must be decided today.
