Manchester United and Fulham clash in the FA Cup (ES Composite)

Manchester United are today looking to progress into the FA Cup quarter-finals as they host Fulham in the fifth round later today.

The Red Devils are of course the holders of this competition, having won it last season in slightly surprising circumstances while under the stewardship of Erik ten Hag.

With that in mind, perhaps United cannot be written off this season either, even despite their seemingly constant struggles under Ruben Amorim.

United do not convince but there’s something about this side in cup competitions that cannot be ignored, having tasted success in the format over the past two seasons. Amorim could certainly do with a run, with the Premier League campaign a disaster this time around.

Still, Marco Silva’s Fulham side are enjoying a fine season. While they lost to United at Old Trafford in the season opener what feels like an age ago now, the Cottagers have impressed since.

A deep cup run could make this season – which may yet end in European qualification to at least some degree – even more memorable.

Here’s everything you need to know about where to watch.
