Manchester United will not be alone in dealing with injury concerns going into their next Premier League clash.

United will host Ipswich Town at Old Trafford on Wednesday night as they aim to return to winning ways in the top flight. The Reds were forced to settle for a point in a 2-2 draw with Everton at the weekend, a result which leaves them in 15th place in the Premier League table.

Ruben Amorim has been forced to deal with several injury concerns since his arrival as United's head coach back in November. The 40-year-old provided an injury update on his squad during a press conference on Tuesday, confirming that there would be no changes to the squad that drew with Everton.

As a result, that means Luke Shaw, Kobbie Mainoo, Toby Collyer, Mason Mount, Altay Bayindir and Jonny Evans are all unavailable for selection. Lisandro Martinez and Amad are also ruled out with season-ending injuries.

Ipswich will also have players on the sidelines with injuries as Kieran McKenna returns to Old Trafford. Wes Burns and Chiedozie Ogbene have already been ruled out for the remainder of the season.

Christian Walton and Julio Enciso are also sidelined with injuries, but there are still doubts over the fitness of Conor Chaplin. McKenna also hinted that Jens Cajuste and Kalvin Phillips could be available to face United after picking up knocks during their defeat to Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend.

Former United defender Axel Tuanzebe will be available for Ipswich this midweek after serving a one-match ban.
