Marco Silva has said Fulham will submit feedback to Professional Game Match Officials Limited after claiming Rob Jones' refereeing performance was "not at the standard" in their 2-0 defeat by Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Tensions grew around Craven Cottage after numerous 50-50 challenges went in favour of Palace as an own goal from Joachim Andersen and Daniel Munoz's strike gave Oliver Glasner's men their fourth win in six Premier League matches.
Cottagers boss Silva highlighted Jones' display as one of the reasons why his side collapsed in west London.
"We as a club do that always but we are going to do it," Silva said about contacting the PGMOL on Jones' officiating.
"I'm the first to criticise ourselves so we need to all the things on the pitch (right). I can congratulate Palace but I can't for the referee at all, it's clear it was not at the standard.
"Many decisions from the referee took the concentration from the players and their focus because in the 50-50 moments they were never in our favour.
"The performance from the referee was not at the level. It was not a good performance from us, not a good performance from the referee as well and all these details make it more difficult for us.
"We need to be more streetwise and mature because the goals were avoidable."
The defeat, which came after two consecutive wins over Nottingham Forest and Newcastle, hampered Fulham's European dreams with them dropping down to 10th.
On Tuesday they face a Wolves side who are fresh off a 1-0 win at Bournemouth and Silva wants a reaction from his men.
"The best thing is to play quickly again and it's what is going to happen," he added.
"It's a tough game away from home and away we've been really competitive, we've been able to have good performances and make the life of any team difficult and we want to do the same thing and react from the last result."
Fulham will need to keep 13-goal man Matheus Cunha quiet at Molineux should they return to winning ways but Portuguese manager Silva also highlighted the danger of Vitor Pereira's men as a collective.
"He's a top player," Silva said when asked about Cunha.
"We, of course, when looking for Wolves, we don't look just for Matheus, definitely, because it's not fair with them, because they have a lot of international players around the squad and the XI.
"Three of them are international Brazilian football players. Two wing-backs that are internationals and top quality players, too, and more quality players around the place."
