Jennifer Aniston recently chatted with New York Magazine's The Strategist and shared a few things she can't live without. Given that she's a wildly successful actress, director and producer, it wasn't surprising to see a $400 Oura ring and a $400 facial toning device on her list. But a $15 cleaning set that includes a microfiber cloth and a spray? We're intrigued.
Gather up all your gadgets because this spray/wipe duo will work wonders on all of them. From laptops and tablets to smartwatches and phones, it can make smudges on screens a thing of the past.
But don't stop there. This combo can also be used to clean screens in your car and the lenses of your eyeglasses and sunglasses too.
"Everything about these wipes," Aniston gushed to The Strategist. "They keep disappearing from my house because my friends always clean their glasses or clean their phone, and it ends up slipping into their pockets. So yes, they’re really great, and they don’t scratch your glasses, and they’re great for your screens."
In case you're unfamiliar, Whoosh is the viral product that some claim Apple uses to keep the devices in store sparkling like new and fingerprint free. The concept may seem simple — a small orange cloth and a 3.4-ounce bottle of alcohol- and ammonia-free spray — but the hype is real because the kit delivers legit noticeable results.
Shoppers at Amazon give this Whoosh set 4.6 out of 5 stars, and more than 2,200 shoppers have given it a perfect rating.
"Wow, this stuff works great!" one person wrote in their review. "It’s no wonder Apple uses this spray to clean all of their products in store! ... I’ve used it on my iPad with a matte screen protector and haven’t had any issues. It wipes right off with the included microfiber towel."
"I have worn glasses my entire life and have always been looking for the perfect cleaner and rag. I finally found it. The spray is awesome — removes dirt, dust, fingerprints and grease. There is no residue left on the lenses at all. So worth the money," another fan added.
Though effective, some shoppers wish Whoosh came with a slightly more wallet-friendly price tag.
"What I like is that it does a good job of cleaning smudges and fingerprints off my computer screen. What I don't like is that it is more expensive than it should be necessary to charge for such a product," a person complained.
Concerned you'll blow through the small spray bottle in just a few days? Rest assured, shoppers say a little goes a long way.
"This product did just what I wanted it to do," one person explained. "My TV and laptop screens were so dirty and I have been nervous about what I could safely use on them. I followed the easy directions, and like magic, all the screens were clean as a whistle. I didn't have to use much, so this bottle will last a long time."
